Every two years, the City Council identifies High Priority Projects that align with the organization's goals and strategic priorities.

The current list of projects was established at the biennial retreat conducted on February 20, 2025. The table below presents each project and the respective responsible City departments. The projects' status was last updated in February 2026. The next update is anticipated to be available in July or August 2026.
