The Elk Grove Lions Foundation sponsors the Parade of Lights as a part of the Illumination Festival. The parade runs from Bighorn Road, east on Civic Center Drive to south Laguna Springs Drive. Local community leaders, the Citizen of the Year, service clubs, scouts, bands, and community floats participate.
