Elk Grove residents, join Republic Services and Elk Grove City's Recycle & Waste for a compost workshop! Reserve your spot today. In this 1-hour backyard composting workshop, attendees will learn the fundamentals of turning kitchen scraps and yard waste into nutrient-rich compost, including how to start and maintain a compost pile, what materials to use and how to fix common issues. Free for Elk Grove residents, this workshop is held at Elk Grove Community Garden, 10025 Hampton Oak Drive, Elk Grove.
