Income Eligibility
An applicant’s gross (pre-tax) income and the number of people in their household will determine which City programs they may qualify for. The following table can be used to determine if an applicant is low or moderate income. The applicant’s income must be no greater than the amount listed to be considered in that income group. Income limits are set by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
